Fully equipped hotel with hospitable staff on shift, really enjoyed our staying. Our breakfasts were good hot and delicious for vegans. All in all everything was very good, nevertheless we had cold bathroom.

We only stayed one night and that was just a stopover so the room was adequate for our purpose. The staff were great; really helpful in researching our requests, breakfast was very basic. When we come to Florence again I''ll have no hesitation in staying with you
Wasn't there long enough to experience/observe any shortfalls

We received a free upgrade because the pool was closed
The pool was closed even it was 30 celsius temperature in the city. The main raison to choose this hotel was the pool

We visited the big Florentine theatre for a concert and checked out the Artemio Franchi Stadium for a series A game. It was just a 20-minute walk to the city center. The hotel had a decent pool and the breakfast was good, though we did face some wait times.
The restaurant service was pretty slow during dinner, and it was frustrating waiting around even though it wasn't that busy.

I liked the cleanliness of the toilet. The location is not bad for me because it gets a bit away from the crowds in city center. The hotel is ideally suited for my family visits. Not crowded by tourists and some peaceful stay with privacy.
The breakfast offering is fine, but lacking in bread choices.

This hotels position was convienent for my business trip, which invovled driving to various locations in the outskirts of Florence and the surrounding countryside.
Unfortunately one of the reasons for booking this hotel was the fact it had a pool, which for the few days I was there was closed for maintenance. As it was 37 degrees and humid a swim would have been very enjoyable.

A Mixed Bag, Pool vs. Cleanliness
The pool was a highlight, spacious with ample loungers, and breakfast offered a nice buffet with good coffee. The hotel was a letdown due to cleanliness issues everywhere. The bus stop nearby was great.

The room was very modern and comfortable and it had a nice view! We had one with two seperate beds and these were quite big! If necessary you could sleep with two persons in one bed. The people at the reception and in the housekeeping were very nice, friendly and helpful. Wifi was not very expensive and the swimming pool with its long chairs were great during the hot summer days! Busstation was in front of the hotel and there was a bus every ten minutes.
There were many rules about the mini bar so we did not dare to touch anything. The location of the hotel was outside of the city. Approximately twenty minutes by bus (but we knew that before).

Neat enough for kids.
Extra charge of 4 euro per person/night is ridiculous and a ripoff.

Breakfast is ok. Free parking
Air conditionning is not working so temperature in room is really hot, the only thing to do was to open the windows and let enter the mosquitos.... (30 bites after the first night!) Room (walls, bathroom) was dirty, full of killed mosquitos never cleaned after a week. Towels were not clean, found every days foreign hairs on it Bed and pillows were really hard, almost get a torticoli after the first night. No international channel on tv, only italian ones I'm used to travel a lot for business and leisure but this is one of worst one.
